not a bad start...

Last night, my friend and I went to McDonald's and I had the biggest urge to fill that large cup up with diet coke, but I had already had my allotted 3 bottles a day...I was so proud of myself for getting a sprite instead of.
Today has not been bad at all. I felt great when I woke up. I've only have 1 1/2 diet cokes so far today and I'm feeling fabulous. I started working out as well. This was not initially part of my plan but I feel so amazing after not drinking so much diet coke and working on that cardio.
Diet coke is always on my mind. I really am trying to be successful, but I feel as though I can cut back on my drinking habits a lot faster than originally planned. I think starting tomorrow I will only drink 2 a day.
Could get interesting. :) please join me in giving up caffeine!! :)

i love diet coke!

During the next thirty days I will be giving up diet coke. I am trying to do this successfully... so I have decided to make a plan I will start off the first week by only drinking 3 bottles a day and then I will decrease to one can a day then no diet coke. I am doing this to try and make myself healthier.

Day 1: today has been a little rough...normally by 3pm I've had 6 diet cokes, but today it's 3:30 and I'm only on my second one. My head is pounding, but I know that I can do this. I just have to push myself. I'm super interested to see how my body reacts to having no caffeine.
